Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all orders at time of  booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due prior to pick-up. Payments must be made through "Venmo" or "Cash app".

Cancellation Policy

If  you need to cancel your order, 5 days notice is required. If you cancel before the 5 days notice you are not required to pay the remaining balance. If you cancel with less then 5 days notice, you are still responsible for the remaining balance. The 50% deposit that is required is non-refundable.

Pick-up Policy

Once your order is picked up, you assume all liability for the integrity of the order once it leave our possession. Birdie's Specialty Kitchen is not liable for any damages to the order once it is picked up.
